  When you have members calling their own church "Da shiznit," you know they aren't learning anything from the Bible. Like the Crossroads Church, Impact is something more suited to the entertainment industry than a house of God. The live music is the major draw for many people, which is standard "C-Pop" mediocrity. People raise their hands and cry while rocking back-and-forth to the music, an emotional outburst that can be experienced at many secular Riverbend concerts. Like other similar churches, the pastor is pedestalized by the audience for his ear-tickling sermons designed to appease the ego. It didn't escape my attention that very few people bring their own Bibles to check and double-check his scriptural references. That, as well as their hanging onto the man's every word, is a telltale sign that a church's membership cares only in what they *want* to hear and not what they *need* to hear. (2 Tim. 4:3)
  
  You will learn to take pride in yourself, and you will be entertained, but anyone searching for a thorough Bible education, grounded entirely in the scriptures, is guaranteed to leave disappointed and discouraged.

  Great church to praise God. Pastor is awesome, always has a great service! Nice guy with a good sense of humor. If you want to attend a church where you can learn about God, while having a fun time,leaving with a smile on your face, Impact Life Church is the place to go worship!!!!!

  I have been to this church multiple times. It does share scripture. It is very spirit filled, but is not about emotion. The pastor has emphasized that as well. I think this church is well balanced. It does not give you the sugar coated gospel. The people are very friendly and down to Earth. I enjoyed the services here. There is good spiritual fruit at this church and I recommend it.
